IS400 should be pressed for 70 minutes at 180 - 185 °C to assure a complete curing of the resin matrix.

A post baking of the laminates is not required. We recommend to use copper foilof the type HTG for the multilayer production.

As with all filled base materials adapted drill parameters are essential.
