CHANDLER, ARIZONA, October 7, 2008 - Isola USA Corporation ("Isola") filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission for violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, to remedy the unlawful importation into the United States of certain prepregs, laminates and printed circuit

 

 

CHANDLER, ARIZONA, October 7, 2008 - Isola USA Corporation ("Isola") filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission for violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, to remedy the unlawful importation into the United States of certain prepregs, laminates and printed circuit boards that infringe claims of Isola’s United States Patent No. 6,187,852 and claims of Isola’s United States Patent No. 6,322,885 or claims of Isola’s United States Patent No. 6,509,414.

 

 

Materials under the following product description codes have been listed in the complaint: VT-47 and VT-48 from Ventec Electronics; TU-662 and TU-752 from Taiwan Technology Corp.; IT-200DK from ITEQ Corporation; and S1000 from Guangdong Shengyi Sci. Tech Co., Ltd
